Shipping Policy
Once you have placed your order online with us, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order including your order number and the amount paid. Once your order is prepared and ready for shipment, you will receive a second email, letting you know your order has been dispatched. This email will include a tracking number and a link for you to track your order. You will also receive tracking updates via email and text.
Free Local Delivery
Once you have filled out your address during checkout, it will automatically calculate whether or not you qualify for free local delivery. Local deliveries are made every weekend. If you do not qualify for this option, Standard Delivery will automatically be selected for you.
Standard Delivery
For domestic shipping, we use a tracked service and you should receive your order within 2-3 business days after it has been dispatched. For any queries, please contact our customer service team at contact@higherpurposecandles.co.uk or via the Contact Form.
Return Policy
Our goal is to make your online shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. That is why, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns up to 28 days from the date of purchase. You must return the goods in the condition that you received them. We shall not accept used products or those sent in an unsuitable condition.

Once the goods have been received, the refund will be processed. Depending on your reason for returning you will not be refunded any original delivery charges. If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we would ask you to follow the returns procedure set out above. We will refund you the purchase price and the delivery charge. Refunds should take no-longer than 7-10 days following receipt and are made to the original payment method only.
When returning items you are recommended to keep a proof of posting. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
